Problem :Today when I tried shutting down my laptop the screen went black, but the lights that shows that it is still on still glows. Usually my laptop makes this low humming sound to indicate that its on, and when I tried shutting down,,, I left it alone for 6 hours. When I came back, it was still shutting down. Normally it’d take 12 seconds for it to turn off, but now it takes longer. It doesn’t even shut down on its own i have to open the battery,
